The Offroad Shop Sedan “Top Track” Short Course Event

The Event
The event will be a Multi-Club Off Road Short Course.
There will be 2 Races, made up of Heats, on Saturday, and 3 Races,
made up of Heats, on Sunday.
Each Heat will consist of 2 continuous laps of the 12km course,
with a maximum of 12 vehicles starting in each Heat.
The direction of the course will be in a Clockwise direction.
To be classified as a finisher, a competitor must complete 70%
of the total number of laps.
The Course
The Course is situated near Sedan, off the Sedan-Blanchetown Road.
The Course will be signposted from Sedan, and on the Sedan-Blanchetown Road.
The turn off to the track is approx 6.5 km from Sedan, just past the old Sedan
Track, and the Course is 3.5 km from the main road.

Entries will only be accepted on the day, with correct money, and prior notice.

Scrutineering 09 :00 am – 11:30 am
NOSE-NONSE Lecture 11:00 AM
Competitor Briefing 12:00 noon
Prologue & OLT’s 1:00 PM
Event Race 1 Start 2:00 PM
Curfew 11:00 PM
Sunday 15th March 2015
Line up cars 7:30 AM
Competitor Briefing 7:45 AM
Race 2 Start 8:00 AM
Additional Information
No fee to public
Camping available at track. $10 per person over age of 12 years.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
There will be catering at the event, Saturday and Sunday.
Alcohol and noise curfew at 11:00 Saturday night.
There are no rubbish bins provided, so please take all rubbish,
cans, bottles, etc home with you.
No fireworks or fires will be permitted. Gas cooking only.
Extra Information.
All competitors are asked to bring a hair brush and comb or torch. These items
will be donated to SA Kids, in support of children going into foster care.
The public can donate if they wish.
