The following write up has been submitted to us by Tanner James, to help promote our upcoming event.
“The Denise Gosden Memorial Ladies & Juniors Enduro presents a great opportunity to bring new drivers into our sport. The ladies and juniors is a laid back and casual race that does not require anyone to have any experience or speed. It is a great opportunity to give any juniors or ladies with access to a car a chance at racing themselves.
I have raced the Ladies and Juniors twice and believe such events have been pivotal in my racing development. I would strongly encourage anyone with an interest to have a go. The last time this event was run it had a 100% finishing rate.
The Ladies and Juniors Enduro is made possible through the efforts of some hard working clubs and volunteers. The event will be a short course at Port Germein on the 17th and 18th of October and will feature lots of laps of a small circuit. This race format will enable drivers to remember the course and build their speed over the event.
Once again I would encourage any lady or junior to attend the event and to have some fun!
